It would work like this:
You would call the
BSCG manager from the clinic
and
the manager would speak to the receptionist
in the clinic where the dog has been taken
for care. Then the receptionist would
be given a
debit card number where the down payment would be
authorized for the start of the surgery on the patient.
No member would personally see a finances, only the clinic.
Read on to the information below.

Here are some of the thoughts:
1. You would have a yearly membership of $20.00 minimum
that is non refundable.
This money secures your membership and would go towards setting
up an account that would be used as a balance to release
financial assistance to the clinic for immediate care.
This money would also possibly be used
for Website hosting space ($9.00 a month), domain name
purchase and renewal and the website would be maintained
by the list manager, Michelle Bjorkman.
2. You would have to read and sign an agreement
in the form that you download,
print out, reading and signing it,
with the original being sent with the BSCG
membership
dues to the list owner and deposited in the BSCG
account.
These documents will be kept "on file" with your
original
signature.
3. Any time a member needs the
money for a bloat surgery payment,
the clinic receptionist would call the managers home
no matter what time of the day.
A post on the BSCG
Yahoo list would go
out and our support action from the BSCG
Members take place.
You must agree to keep the list available in your inbox at all times
never setting 'NO Mail' but click to receive "Special Posts"
if you choose not to receive daily posts
and always agree to check your list 2 times a day, morning
and evening, in case of a Special Notice for action
in saving the patient in need.
